Deposits

Project commencement deposits are generally non-refundable once project planning, research, design, or development activities have begun.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered where:

• The project has not commenced.
• Payment was made in error.
• Dream Software Studios is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Partial Refunds

Where work has already commenced, any approved refund will be calculated based on work completed and expenses incurred.

Subscription and Maintenance Services

Monthly support, maintenance, hosting, and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun.
