Quotations and Payments

Project quotations are provided after reviewing client requirements.

Payments are generally structured as:

• 50% upfront before project commencement
• Remaining balance based on agreed milestones or project completion

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project requirements, content, credentials, and timely feedback required for project completion.

Limitation of Liability

Dream Software Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
